Lease of Two Retail Stalls at Faneuil Hall Market

The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its Commissioner ("The Official"), invites interested local proposals to participate in a competitive evaluation process from which two (2) successful proposers will be chosen to operate retail stalls in the Grasshopper Shops on the first floor of historical Faneuil Hall for a five (5) year period, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals.

The proposal may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal (http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event EV00013666

The City is seeking proposals that reflect the professional management abilities of a vendor who can meet the goals to operate retail stalls set forth within this RFP. Interested and qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals, which convey their commitment to providing a high-quality retail service.  

Requests for Proposals shall be available on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., until the proposal filing deadline.  All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 p.m.  on Thursday, March 28, 2024.  

The City has arranged a site visit for Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., for interested retail operators to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be leased and operated.
