Academic Tutoring and Mentoring
The City of Boston, acting by and through its Boston Public Schools (BPS) Superintendent, seeks proposals from businesses outlining their capacity to provide Academic Tutoring and Mentoring services to BPS students.
The goal is to provide students and school communities with resources to improve academic performance and students’ social-emotional wellness.
Proposals will be submitted through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement.
The RFP will be available on the City’s procurement website and Supplier Portal via boston.gov/procurement on or after Monday, 2/5/2024, after 12:00 P.M. Boston time and will remain available until the date and time of the opening of proposals.
Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, 2/20/2024, and open forthwith following State and City procurement practices.
If submitting via paper, price and technical proposals shall be submitted separately in sealed, clearly labeled envelopes on or before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, 2/20/2024, to Zachary Redman, Procurement Partner, Business Services, Finance Department, 4th Floor, Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston MA 02119. Failure to submit separate sealed price and technical proposals shall disqualify the entire proposal.
