Painting Services at Thomas Johnson Community Center

The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for the performance of painting services at the Thomas Johnson Community Center on 68 Annunciation Rd Roxbury Crossing MA 02120, as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.

Bid package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013312 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 20, 2023.  The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.

THE INDIVIDUAL SCOPE(S) OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: painting services, prep and paint all walls, ceilings, door frames, doors, window frames, and all previously painted items located on those ceilings, walls, and doors, and frames.  

The City has arranged for a site visit for all prospective contractors on November 30, 2023, at 9:00 A.M at 68 Annunciation Rd, Boston, MA 02120.

Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201on or before 12:00 P.M. on December 14, 2023.
