Clearing, Plowing and Salting of Municipal Staircases and Footpaths in the City of Boston

The City of Boston, acting by its commissioner, invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for bids.

Bid package may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplier portal and searching for Event ID EV00013137, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 9, 2023. 

A Mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Every Sealed bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and shall be filed not later than Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. via the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplier portal. 

Sealed bids shall be opened electronically and read aloud by the Official through a virtual meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Boston City Hall, Boston, MA in Room 714.
