Citywide Enrollment Platform
The City of Boston’s Office of Early Childhood is seeking proposals from for-profit and non-profit organizations that develop technology solutions and platform.
With this Request for Proposal (RFP), we want to enable parents to find and access early education and care programs for their children in the city of Boston. Programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarteners should all be available through a single point of entry.
There will be an Applicants Conference on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 3pm. Interested applicants may register at https://www.boston.gov/departments/early-childhood. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend this session.
The RFP application package will be available beginning Monday, August 21, 2023, at https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement.
Completed proposal applications may be submitted on the supplier portal as instructed or returned directly to the Mayor's Office of Early Childhood, City Hall, Boston, MA, 6th Floor by Monday, September 18, 2023, no later than 4:00 pm.
