The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.
The bid package can be obtained from the City’s procurement website and Supplier Portal ( http://cityofboston.gov/procurement ) under Event ID EV00012048 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on March 27, 2023, and shall be available until the bid opening.
THE SCOPE OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: Partial renovation including demountable partitions with limited demolition and flooring.
Bids can be filed electronically before 12:00 PM on April 20, 2023, at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201.
The City has arranged a site visit on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 9:00 AM. Interested contractors are encouraged to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be managed.
