Portable Toilet Rental Services

The City of Boston, acting by the Parks Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids shall be on a form supplied by the Parks and Recreation Department shall be clearly identified as a bid and signed by the bidder. Bids shall clearly be labeled with the project name. All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Portable Toilet Rental Services.

Bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, November 30, 2022, and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND will be available on Monday, November 7, 2022, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time via the Supplier Portal at www.boston.gov/supplierportal. There will be no informational pre-bid conference for this project.
