Furnishing and Delivering Filters in Various Boston Schools

The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Executive Director of Facilities Management (the Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids for the above titled project, subject to all applicable provisions of law including without limitation, M.G.L. c30 B, s5, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of law of the contract documents entitled; “Furnishing and Delivering Filters in Various Boston Schools”.

Plans and Specification containing requirements, selection criteria, and other relevant information will be available via the City’s purchasing  website (boston.gov/procurement, click on “Go to Supplier Portal”) under Event ID EV00010739  from May 16, 2022, until the proposed deadline May 31, 2022.

Bids shall be submitted via the City Portal Supplier website at the proposed date May 31, 2022. At which time and place respective bids shall be opened and read aloud.

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents.

The prospective bidder shall supply and install all materials as specified for each building. The contractor shall furnish and deliver filters as specified herein at locations, and at the time and frequency outlined.
