HVAC Water Testing And Treatment Services
The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for the performance of routine and as needed HVAC water testing and treatment at City Hall and various City sites managed by the Property Management Department (PMD) as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.
Bid documents can be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00010624 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on April 27, 2022.
THE SCOPE OF WORK is to contract with a water treatment contractor whose primary function is the testing and treatment of water circulating HVAC Systems on as needed basis, to City Hall and various City of Boston locations.
The contract will begin on July 1, 2022 and continue to June 30, 2025.
Bids can be filed electronically before 1:00 P.M. on June 1, 2022 at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 before 1:00 P.M. on or before June 1, 2022.
