Glass enclosures for the alcoves in the Kirstein Business Library - Copley Branch, Boston Public Library

Bids will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: KBL Glass Enclosures

SCOPE OF WORK includes:  Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to add glass doors and wall enclosures to the alcoves in the Kirstein Business Library

Bids shall be submitted by 3:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, May 3, 2022 and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, April 18, 2022 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time on the supplier portal boston.gov/departments/procurement

M.G.L. Chapter 149 provisions are applicable to this project, including, but not limited to, the payment of prevailing wages rates, the requirements for insurance and a payment bond.  

PLEASE NOTE:  A 5% BID DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED OF ALL BIDDERS per Mass state law, and must be scanned and uploaded with your bid submission.
