The contracts are subject to the availability and appropriation of funds.

The City reserves the right to exercise an option to extend the contracts awarded for an additional one (1) year period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

Two Applicant conferences will take place via Zoom on the following days and all prospective Applicants are encouraged to attend one of the sessions.

Request for Proposals (RFP) packages will be available beginning on November 8, 2021 from the City’s Purchasing Supplier Portal website www.boston.gov/Procurement.

NOTE: Proposals cannot be submitted or accepted through the City’s Supplier Portal. Completed proposal packages must be submitted as instructed to: Department of Neighborhood Development, 12 Channel Street – 9th Floor, Suite 902, Boston, MA 02210 by November 23, 2021, no later than 4:00 PM.
