Municipal Lobbyist Management Solution
Through this Request for Information (“RFI”), the City of Boston through the Department of
Innovation and Technology (“DoIT”) seeks to solicit information from vendors with
experience in strategy, design, development or implementation of Municipal Lobbyist
Registration, Reporting and Analytics.
Responses to this RFI is voluntary and will be used to educate the City on the processes
and technologies available in the marketplace. A response to this RFI does not constitute a
bid/proposal and if an entity does respond to this RFI or is not requested to give a
demonstration, the entity will not be precluded from submitting a bid or proposal to any
future Request for Proposals (“RFP”). All costs associated with responding to this RFI, any
presentation, and/or demonstrations will be the sole responsibility of the vendor
participating in the RFI response. Any information provided in a response to this RFI may
be considered as historical data by the City in the actual RFP process.
The RFI is for informational purposes only, and no contract will be awarded as a result. A
vendor's response to the RFI or lack of thereof, will have no impact on the evaluation of responses to any subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP).
All responses shall be submitted in strict conformance with the Request for Information
(RFI) which may be obtained by visiting boston.gov/procurement on or after 10:00 AM.,
Boston local time on Monday, September 6, 2021. The RFI will remain available until the
deadline for responses on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 12:00 noon, Boston local time.
