The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites bids for the removal of asbestos at Boston City Hall, Boston, as further described below and in the Scope of Services. The bid documents will be accessible online on July 26, 2021 by visiting the City of Boston Supplier Portal at the following link (http://boston.gov/procurement) and accessing the Event ID #EV00009498.
The City has arranged a site visit for Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 7:30 AM, for interested vendors to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be managed. Email pmdbidinfo@boston.gov to confirm attendance.
Bids can be filed electronically, on or before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on August 3, 2021.
Bids shall be publicly opened by the Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 at 12:00 PM (noon) on August 3, 2021.
