The City of Boston, acting through the Property Management Department, (“the City”), is requesting proposals from qualified respondents and proposals for programming and/or design of Fisher Park on City Hall Plaza. The specific property is more particularly described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its Commissioner ("The Official"), requests proposals for the services and/or supplies described above, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals, which may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal (http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event EV00007848.

The City has arranged a site visit for, Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 9:00 am, for interested property management firms to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be managed. All Respondents are advised that the number of persons permitted to attend the Site visit, on behalf of each Respondent, is limited to a maximum of two persons. Email Pmdbidinfo@boston.gov to confirm attendance.

Requests for Proposals shall be available on Monday, April 13, 2020 until the proposal filing deadline.  All proposals shall be filed no later than Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Refer to the RFP for proposal submission.

The contract will begin on July 1, 2020 and continue to June 30, 2023 subject to the availability of sufficient annual appropriations.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, if it is in the public interest to do so.  The contract is subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Property Management and the Mayor of Boston.
