The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal real property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property.  M.G.L. c. 30B

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program. 

This Property is being offered “As Is” without warrant of any kind, express or implied.

The Property:

Seaview Terrace, Dorchester (Ward 13 Parcel 02396000) approximately 2,258 total square feet.

Proposals must be submitted before 4:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, June 1, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, April 27, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.
