IMPROVEMENTS TO BOSTON COMMON 2026

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, MA 02118, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, is requesting designer services, including site analysis, design development plans, construction documents, cost estimates and construction observation for the project listed above. 

All submissions are subject to all applicable provisions of law, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Improvements to Boston Common: Parkman Bandstand and Mayor’s Walk, Beacon Hill.

The RFQ documents will be available beginning Monday, February 2, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time, and may be obtained by submitting a request via e-mail at BPRDBids@boston.gov.

Completed responses must be submitted on or before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, February 27, 2026. For detailed information on submission requirements please refer to the RFQ.
