61-65 WOODROW AVENUE HOUSING AND NON-RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

This Request for Proposals (RFP) offers the public a chance to submit proposals for parcels of land owned by the City of Boston in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The RFP seeks to secure development of the parcel for mixed use (non-residential and residential).

This RFP is soliciting proposals for development of the parcels located at: 61-63 Woodrow Avenue (Ward 14 / Parcel 02954000), 65 Woodrow Avenue (Ward 14 / Parcel 02956000), Woodrow Avenue (Ward 14 / Parcel 02955000)

The total site area is approximately 6,881 square feet of land, and is intended for sale by the City pursuant to the RFP.  The property is being offered as is. 

The RFP package will be available on June 10, 2024 and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals. Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by September 5, 2024, no later than 4:00 PM.  Please go to the above link for detailed instructions on how to submit RFP responses. 

The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) will host two pre-applicant information sessions following the release of the RFP. Interested applicants will be provided with an overview of the application and development process. 

The first session will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM (EST). Participants will be provided with an overview of the application and development process. The second session involving making connections, networking, and possible partnership opportunities, will be held on Wednesday June 26, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. (EST).
