TOILET ROOMS RENOVATION FOR MANNING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the awarding authority), invites sealed bids for the above-titled project, subject to the applicable provisions of the law, including, without limitation, M.G.L. c.149 as amended, and by the terms and conditions of the law of the contract documents entitled: “Toilet Rooms Renovation for Manning Elementary School”.
The City intends to award up to 1 (one) contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS will be available after noon, March 13, 2024, at the Office Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd floor, Boston, MA 02125. No deposit is required. Electronic copies are available upon request via email at bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.
PRE-BID SITE VIEWING will be held at 8:00 am - 9:00 am on March 18, 2024, at 130 Louders Ln, JP Trenton St, East Boston. Reach out to Craig Donahue at 671-251-8563 for questions.
FILED SUB-BIDS shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before 12:00 PM (Boston time) on March 27, 2024, and opened forthwith.
Filed Sub-Bid Trade(s): Tile, Plumbing, Painting.
General Bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before noon (Boston time) on April 10, 2024, and opened forthwith.
The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.
