This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations or other entities for development of the parcel as open space. The property is being offered As Is, with up to $75,000 in possible funding available from the Grassroots Program.

The Property: 7 Waldren Road (Ward 11, Parcel # 01646000), Roxbury, MA, containing approximately 4,095 square feet.

The RFP package will be available on December 18, 2023, and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals.
