Welcome Home, Boston (Phase 1)
The City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) sells city-owned land properties to private buyers to encourage development in the City. One of the goals of MOH’s land disposition is to reduce the amount of unused, neglected property existing in the City, placing it back on the tax rolls and adding to the inventory of mixed-income housing.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) offers the public a chance to submit proposals for parcels of land owned by the City of Boston in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The RFP seeks to secure development of the parcels for residential use. The properties are being offered As-Is.
The RFP is soliciting proposals for the development of the parcels located at: 20 McLellan Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402518000), 24 McLellan Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402517000), 140-144 Erie Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401780000), 52 Glenway Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401832000), 100A - 102 Harvard Street (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1700153000), 84 Harvard Street (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1700131000), 94 Harvard Street (Ward 17, Assessor’s Parcel 1700144000), 77-79 Harvard Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402449000), 81 Harvard Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402450000), Unnumbered Norwell Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402343000), 106 Norwell Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402344000), Unnumbered Norwell Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1402345000), 1 Macneil Way (Ward 15, Assessor’s Parcel 1502191001), 241 Geneva Avenue (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401385000), 268 Geneva Avenue (Ward 15, Assessor’s Parcel 1502277000), 276 Geneva Avenue (Ward 15, Assessor’s Parcel 1502275000), 19 Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401312000), Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401312001), 21 Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401313000), and 23 Nottingham Street (Ward 14, Assessor’s Parcel 1401314000).
