Welcome Home, Boston (Phase 1)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) offers the public a chance to submit proposals for parcels of land owned by the City of Boston in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The RFP seeks to secure development of the parcels for residential use. The properties are being offered As-Is.

The RFP application package will be available beginning April 3, 2023, and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/dnd/rfps/. There will be two Applicants’ Conferences. The first conference will be held virtually on April 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The second meeting will be held in person on April 24, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building, 2300 Washington St, Roxbury, MA 02119. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend these sessions so that MOH staff can review the requirements of the RFP and answer questions about the application process.
