Interior Painting, Boston Latin Academy

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, acting by Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites Invitation for bid (IFB) for the project listed above.

IFB’s will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: INTERIOR PAINTING, BOSTON LATIN ACADEMY

The scope of the work in general includes, but is not limited to the following: prepare and apply painter’s finish to previously painted surfaces and perform related work through the building as specified and noted on the painting schedule.

Quotes shall be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, May 05, 2022 and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, April 18, 2022 after 9:00 A.M. Boston time.
